Together Yoga & Movement Terms and Conditions

GENERAL

1. All purchases are non-refundable and non-transferable. Class passes and memberships may not be shared.
2. All students must have a unique online account associated with a unique email address. Friends and family members may not share the same email address.
3. Every effort is made to hold class on time. The schedule is subject to change without prior notice. Please check the online schedule for the most up-to-date schedule.
4. Together Yoga & Movement is not responsible for keeping your personal belongings safe.
5. Front & back doors are locked at the start of every class.
6. Together Yoga & Movement reserves the right to refuse entry.
7. All purchases of services and products are final. No refunds or credits are provided.
8. In attending classes at Together Yoga & Movement, you agree that neither you, your heirs, assigns or legal representatives will sue or make any other claims of any kind whatsoever against Together Yoga & Movement or its members for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
9. Terms, Conditions, and Fees are subject to change without prior notification.
   It is the responsibility of the student to notify teachers of any previous injury, illness, or conditions that may impact their practice.
10. Unpaid classes or membership payments will be back-charged.

CLASS CANCELLATIONS & BOOKING ETIQUETTE

1. Class cancellations must be made 2 hours before a reserved class starts. This will give us sufficient time to notify our waiting list. If you do not attend or cancel within 2 hours of the start time, you will be fully charged for the class.
2. Cancellations must be made through our website.   Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail or phone.
3. Workshops, events, and training are non-refundable.
4. Credits will not be provided for enrollments canceled by students.
5. Please late cancel if you are unable to attend to make your space available to others.

GIFT CARDS

1. Gift cards can be redeemed for class packages, memberships, workshops, series, and merchandise purchases.
2. Gift cards cannot be used for Yoga Teacher Training.
3. Gift cards can be purchased in-studio only.
4. Gift cards are non-refundable and not redeemable for cash.

MEMBERSHIPS

MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS

Your monthly membership fee is automatically deducted from your credit or debit card on the same date every month. There is no extra fee for joining. It is your responsibility to ensure that we have a valid credit card. Monthly Membership Termination/Freeze Policy Monthly members who wish to freeze their membership may do so for any reason, ONCE a year, for one payment only. Additional months can be frozen for a fee. Students who wish to terminate may also do so at any time with a 30-day notice. Terminations can be accomplished by writing us at hello@togetherinlouisville.com

ANNUAL AND 6-MONTH MEMBERSHIPS

1. Annual and 6-month memberships may not be canceled, transferred, or refunded for any reason. If you are injured or otherwise sincerely out of commission, we can extend your membership up to three months. Write us at hello@togetherinlouisville.com
2. Annual and 6-Month Termination and Freeze Policy – Monthly members who wish to freeze their membership may do so for any reason, ONCE a year, for one payment only. Additional months can be frozen for a fee
3. Annual and 6-month memberships are set to auto-renew at the end of the term. Students can terminate their memberships at the end of the 6- or12-month term by providing a 30-day written notice of cancellation. This can be sent to hello@togetherinlouisville.com.  Membership privileges will continue throughout the term of your last month’s charge.
4. If you wish to restart your membership, you may do so at any time, but at the current rate. We will not refund you for a month that has already begun.

THANK-YOU DISCOUNTS

1. Valid for active members of the military, first responders, front-line medical workers, teachers, and full-time students.
2. Purchaser must present a valid educational or military I.D. or proof of veteran status in the studio for purchase. The expiration date on the I.D. will be noted at the time of sale.
3. When I.D. expires, the purchaser will no longer be eligible for this discount. Failure to notify Together Yoga & Movement of the I.D. expiration date, e.g. graduation date, may result in membership forfeiture.
4. Thank-You discounts are only for class drop-in rates, class packages, and memberships
5. Thank-You discounts do not apply toward gift card purchases
6. Thank-You discounts are not valid for Yoga Teacher Training, Workshops, Series, and Special Events
7. All discounts are non-transferable and non-refundable.

FAMILY MEMBER DISCOUNTS

1. Family member discounts are only for class drop-in rates, class packages, and memberships.
2. Family members are defined as people who live in the same household, at the same address
3. Family member discounts apply only to published pricing; not already-discounted rates.
4. Family member discounts do not apply to merchandise purchases.
5. Family member discounts do not apply toward gift card purchases.
6. Family member discounts are not valid for Yoga Teacher Training, Workshops, Series, and Special Events.
7. All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable.

NEW-MEMBER DISCOUNTS

1. Valid for new students only. One purchase per student.
2. New students are defined as individuals who have never previously attended classes, workshops, or events at Together Yoga & Movement.
3. New -Member discounts are not valid for Yoga Teacher Training, Workshops, Series, and Special Events.
4. All promotions are non-transferable and non-returnable.
