Hannah S

Hannah’s relationship with yoga began during her college years, a time when she sought balance amidst the whirlwind of college and life transitions. What started as a way to find inner peace soon transformed into a profound love for the practice. Through dedication and exploration, she discovered the transformative power of yoga both on and off the mat. After experiencing the impact of yoga in her own life, Hannah pursued her 200-hour RYT certification to share this gift with others.

Hannah’s teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that yoga is not just about physical postures but also about cultivating a deeper connection between the mind and body. Her classes are a harmonious blend of breath awareness, fluid movement, and mindful introspection, inviting students to explore their inner landscapes with curiosity and kindness.

Outside the studio, you’ll find Hannah reading a book or immersed in nature, whether she’s navigating trails on her mountain bike, walking with her dog Jax, or flowing through asanas under the warmth of the sun. Her love for the outdoors infuses her practice with a sense of groundedness and vitality, inspiring others to connect with the natural world around them.

From dynamic power flows to gentle, nurturing sequences, Hannah embraces all styles of vinyasa yoga, tailoring her classes to meet the needs of students at every level of experience. Whether you’re seeking a vigorous workout or a gentle release, Hannah invites you to join her on the mat, where each breath is an opportunity for growth, healing, and transformation.

Ryan H

Ryan, 500 Hr Trauma-informed CYT in Vinyasa, 30 Hr trained in Yin Yoga:
He believes that the transitions are just as important as the actual poses themselves, the journey is often more meaningful than the destination.  So when sequencing a flow, he often tries to think, “does this add value?”  He also likes to just have fun with his classes.  Come with an open mind to try something fun and new.  He is very enthusiastic about arm balances and created his own brand for his workshops, “Fly With Ry.”  He also really enjoys Yin/Restorative on the other end of the spectrum.  It is also very important to Ryan to be a student first, always learning.  Teaching is just a means to reinforce what is learned.
Outside of yoga:
Ryan is also a 6th Degree Master Instructor in Tae Kwon Do.
He is a Computer Programmer/Business Intelligence Consultant during the day.
He has a cat at home named Oliver.
“Freedom discovers you the moment you lose concern over what impression you are making or about to make.”  – Bruce Lee

Korrina D

Fresh out in the field, 2024 graduate of Yogast8 200HR vinyasa teacher training. Reader, crafter, animal lover, whiskey drinker. Embracing that perfection is not realistic, nor relatable. Yoga is about meeting yourself wherever you are, calming your mind, & strengthening the connection to your body. Pursuing awareness and self- acceptance, and choosing self-love. Challenging yourself but not taking things so seriously.
Let’s have some fun, and flow it out together!

Jenn T

After studying and training in ballet for more than half her life, Jenn(ifer) started practicing yoga around 2010 with Monica Johnson (Sweeney). She fell in love with her teacher’s style, the practice in the heat and the community. Over the years she ventured beyond Vinyasa flows to try hot 60s, meditation, Rocket workshops and restorative classes; and found she loved it all! Although opportunities to participate in teacher training were presented over the years, it wasn’t until late 2021 the calling to further her knowledge of yoga arrived at the right time. Jenn is RYT-200 certified and has 30 hours of Yin Training. You may catch her Michigan accent when you join her for Flow Together.

Natalie S

Natalie taught Pilates for many years in the Louisville area before discovering yoga. She practice for several years before completing a 200-hour RYT certification at Eternal Health Yoga in 2021. Recently she also completed a 200-hour RYT certification in Yoga and Sound Therapy at The Inner Warrior with Gabriella Gaona and Thomas Orr Anderson. Natalie also teaches at The Inner Warrior. She believes that yoga provides us an opportunity to enjoy better health, self-care, and community. When she is not practicing yoga, Natalie is probably enjoying her other passion, ballroom dancing.

Tessa P

Tessa-Marie began her yoga journey in college where she rediscovered a love of movement. She is a lifelong student of yoga, practicing a variety of movement types and classes. When she is not teaching, she is exploring the natural world with her two pups and partner.

“The yoga pose is not the goal…The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love, well…You.”
